Tyrmäys järjestää tutustumisillan 25.9. klo 18 alkaen, paikkana TOAS Ilmarin kerhohuone (Itsenäisyydenkatu 7-9). Soitamme osallistujien lempimusiikkia, eli ota mukaan omat suosikkilevysi!

 

Tyrmäys organises a new comers' night on 25.9., at TOAS Ilmari common room (Itsenäisyydenkatu 7-9). We will play the participants' favourite music, so bring some albums with you!

Tyrmäyksen vuoden toisen kerhohuoneillan teemana on (ÖRMY:n inpiroimana) japanilainen metalli ja hard rock. Ota siis omat eväät mukaan ja tule kuuntelemaan J-metallia perjantaina 13.3. klo 18 alkaen! Muista myös esittää biisi/bänditoiveita alle! Saunomismahdollisuutta ei valitettavasti tällä kertaa ole.

Inspired by ÖRMY, the theme of the second Tyrmäys club room evening is Japanese metal and hard rock. So bring your own drinks and snacks and come listen to J-metal on Friday, March 13th, starting at 6 p.m.! Remember to suggest songs/bands below, too! Unfortunately, this time there will be no sauna.

Tyrmäyksen folkki-ilta / Tyrmäys' Folk Metal Night

Helmikuun alun sekä jo hieman kuluneen vuoden 2015 kunniaksi Tyrmäys ry kutsuu kaikki perjantaina 6.2 Ilmarin kerhohuoneelle (Itsenäisyydenkatu 7) folkmetallin merkeissä! Paikalle saa alkaa saapumaan klo 18 alkaen. Biisi- sekä bänditoiveita otetaan vastaan, jos tällaisia sattuu löytymään!

Happy February and a not-so-new year to everyone! Tyrmäys ry invites everyone for a Folk metal themed night on the 6th of February! The time is 6 o'clock and the place Toas Ilmari (address Itsenäisyydenkatu 7). Wishes and requests regarding the music are welcome!

Lautapeli-ilta 18.12. / Board games night 18.12.

Ennen kuin kaikki karkaavat joulun viettoon, otamme toisistamme mittaa erilaisten lautapelien muodossa. Paikkana turnajaisille toimii ravintola Kivenheitto ja pelit alkavat kello 18. Kivenheitosta löytyy valikoima lautapelejä sekä mahdollisuus pelata biljardia, toki omiakin pelejä on suositeltavaa tuoda mukana.

Before x-mas we`re going to see who`s who and play board games! The plabe bar Kivenheitto and the games begin at 6.oopm/18.00. There`s all sort of games there and also a pool table but feel free to bring your own games. See you there!

Tyrmäyksen pikkujoulut / X-mas party of TYRMÄYS ry

Hei kaikki kiltit ja tuhmat raskaan musiikin ystävät! Tyrmäyksen pikkujoulujuhla pidetään 5.12. klo18 alkaen TOAS Pellavapään kerhohuoneella, osoitteessa Rohdinkuja 2. Tyrmäyksen jäsenille tarjolla terästettyä (tai terästämätöntä jos siltä tuntuu) glögiä ja kinkkua. Jos jäsenyyttä ei vielä ole, sen voi helposti maksaa paikan päällä. Vuoden kestävä jäsenyys on 5e.

Alkuillasta pidetään myös Tyrmäyksen kokous, jossa valitaan uusi hallitus seuraavalle vuodelle, joten kaikkien raskaan musiikin ystävien kannattaa tulla paikalle, varsinkin jos on kehitysideoita tulevan vuoden toiminnan suhteen.

Hello there all nice and naughty metal people! TYRMÄYS ry is having their X-mas party the 5th of December in the club room of TOAS Pellavapää (address: Rohdinkuja 2). To members of TYRMÄYS ry, there will be glogg (spiked with vodka) and Christmas ham! I f you are not yet a member, you can join at the party. A membership of one year is 5 euros.

At the beginning of the evening we shall hold an official meeting of the Board of TYRMÄYS, in which the members of the board for 2015 are decided.

Tyrmäys Halloween Party 30.10.2014 PERUTTU/ CANCELLED

Tyrmäyksen Halloweenbileet on valitettavasti peruttu 30.10. Hallitus selvittelee, voisiko halloweenia juhlia myöhemmin marraskuussa ja jos, niin missä.


Unfortunately the Halloween Party of Tyrmäys is cancelled on the 30th of October. We try to plan a new party date in November.

Hei kaikki TYRMÄYS ry:n vanhat ja uudet potentiaaliset jäsenet!

Saapukaa sankoin joukoin jokasyksyisiin tutustumissammuntoihin, joissa voitte hankkia taas vuoden kestävän jäsenyytenne hintaan 5e. Pakkohan jäsenyyttä ei tuolloin ole vielä ottaa, voi myös osallistua pariin TYRMÄYS ry:n tapahtumaan, ennen kuin noin vakavasta asiasta päättää. Tutustumissammunnoissa kuunnellaan hyvää musaa ja tutustutaan toisiin raskaan musiikin ystäviin täällä Tampereen yliopistolla.

Tutustumissammunnat pidetään klo18 alkaen TOAS Ilmarin kerhohuoneella osoitteessa Itsenäisyydenkatu 7. Siinä kulmauksessa olevan Hesburgerin vieressä on ovi, soitatte ovessa esillä olevaan kännykkänumeroon, jotta pääsette sisään bileisiin. Tarjolla on purtavaa ja mahdollisuus saunoa, joten oma pyyhe ja pullo ovat suositeltavia varusteita.

Hello all old and potential new members of TYRMÄYS ry!

It is that time of the year when we have the Newcomers' Night, where we listen to great music (Heavy, doom, death metal etc. all kinds of heavy music genres) and get to know other people of University of Tampere who like heavy music. At the event you can join or renew your membership of TYRMÄYS (5 euros/12 months). With that payment you can participate all activities and events of TYRMÄYS. You do not have to pay the membership straight away at the Newcomers' Night, you can participate a couple of events and see if you want to join.

The Newcomers' Night is held at TOAS Ilmari (address is Itsenäisyydenkatu 7). The right door is next to the Hesburger and on that door will be a note with a phone number you call to get inside. The event starts at 18 o'clock. There will be snacks and the possibility to use sauna, so bring your own towel and a bottle with you!
